This committee combines the resource management and membership in a focused effort to promote and strengthen the chamber internally.  This includes, but is not limited to:

• Making sure we provide benefits stated in the application, and brochure to members,
• Overseeing chamber decals, the member directory, ribbon cuttings, networking opportunities.
• Responsible for membership management and fiscal mane gent.

This committee will be charged with enhancing our existing methods of membership management, which includes new member growth, existing member retention, billing, financial accounting, and office operations.
